85 Third graders used recycled egg cartons to create owls in Art class.
Second graders used foam egg crates to make grass for their snakes. 58 First graders made leaf prints using leaves they found outside. 72 Fifth graders used stones and items from nature to create art and practice photography. Mrs. South helped 32 Green School Kids use recycled records to make flower art to decorate our school. Our Green School efforts were also supported in our media classes in spring 2019. The 72 fifth grade students were trying to save the ocean. This design would filter the water from oil disasters.

2 fourth and fifth grade students are WES newscasters for our school. These students presented Green School information about the recycled canvas bags that were given to each classroom for students at put their plastic for recycling. They told students about how the bags would be collected on Friday's along with the paper recycling bins and markers.
